The Bangladesh Premier League fifth edition is all set to begin from 4 th Nov. With the teams finalised

for the bustle, the franchise are expecting a great game tournament this season. Expectations are
pretty high this time as the teams have faced many layoffs and entrances of international players and
some fresh faces too.

With the tickets already on sale and the beginning of the cricket fever month it’s time for the true
action to begin now. FreeSports, the UK’s only free-to- air sports channel has exclusively acquired its
honour to get the telecast rights for the upcoming Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) T20 2017
beginning from November 4 th for UK. It will be featuring the entire coverage of all 46 games to be
played and will avail its telecast via the Freeview/BT/TalkTalk channel 95, Sky channel 424 and
FreeSat 252.
The channel has been permitted as it has grabbed all the rights for the telecast of the BPL fifth edition
telecast. It will be showing the full coverage of all the 46 BPL matches with over 40 live matches
streaming commencing from Saturday 4th November and being carried until 12th December. This
fifth edition of the Bangladesh Premier League is featuring in total seven teams, namely- the Dhaka
Dynamites, the Chittagong Vikings, the Rangpur Riders, the Comilla Victorians, the Sylhet Sixers, theKhulna Titans and the Rajshahi Kings.

The tournament is a global ranked game featuring T20 cricket superstars such as- Soumya Sarkar,
Tamim Iqbal, Shakib Al Hasan, – Mahmudullah, Mushfiqur Rahim, Mashrafe Mortaza, Sabbir
Rahman alongside English players Joe Denly, Samit Patel, Ross Whiteley, Liam Dawson, Jos Buttler
and Adam Lyth among several others names. The tournament is also going to feature marquee T20
players such as- Chris Gayle, Kumar Sangakkara, Shane Watson, Shahid Afridi, Marlon Samuels, LukeRonchi, Darren Sammy and Luke Wright.

This year, this domestic Twenty20 tournament league is beginning at Sylhet prior to its second
schedule in Dhaka on 11 th November hosting the second phase of this round robin league and then
onto Chittagong for this third phase of the BPL league prior to getting back to Dhaka on the 2 nd of
December for the playoffs concluding the tournament in the Grand Final on 12 th December.
