This time luck was just not on the side of Delhi Daredevils (DD) as rain played spoilsport in their match against Rajasthan Royals (RR) at Jaipur's Sawai Mansingh Stadium. The match, which started on Wednesday evening, was delayed by two-and-a-half hours due to rain and ended finally on Thursday morning with DD losing to RR by 10 runs (DLS). Match was stopped for more than two-and-a-half hours as heavy rain pounded the Sawai Man Singh Stadium, Jaipur. Uncertainty left both the teams on edge for a very long time, till finally it was announced that the play will resume with DD batsmen taking to the field.
